Parent's Want To Protect Their Most Treasured Asset

At Student Safety UK, we demonstrate the three core principles that represent what we do and how we present our services.

REASSURANCE, SUPPORT & TRUST

Reassurance for the families and students that we are here for them 24/7, and  are capable of delivering personalised care packages so they can enjoy the experience of living and studying in the UK.

Support for the student and the family, not only in times of crisis, but continually throughout their time here to ensure they achieve all they set out to.

Trust, families know they can trust us to look after their children, just as they would back home. We recognise the importance of investing time and effort in understanding our families and students individual needs, enabling us to provide the best possible service.

Every member of our expert team is committed to staying visible, accessible and true to his or her word at all times.

Watch our video on the student journey....

From the moment a child starts their educational journey at the age of around 5, parents invest in their child: emotionally, physically, economically and with time and energy.

For the next 12 years or so, that child is kept on track with the guidance, support and counsel from their parents, and collectively they constantly seek to achieve the next objective, be it an exam mark, school entrance, scholarship or diploma. The final course of this educational journey is the time spent at university, when the child is allowed their independence and self determination to go and succeed and finish the journey.

But this leg of the journey is the one that carries the most risk. There are no parents on hand to ensure the child is committed and maintain their focus, they are not there when the child loses becomes disenaged, develops a relationship that distracts them, or possibly struggles with elements of living in the UK.

How would that parent feel if their child didn't complete their studies or failed due to a problem (accommodation, health, victim of crime, homesickness, mental health etc), and it was a problem that could have been avoided. Parents need to protect that investment, and that's where we come in. We continue with the protection of your investment and help you reap the benefits of maintaining your support.

Personal Care & Safety Services for University Students Throughout the UK

The UK is one of the most popular countries to travel to for the purpose of gaining an education. Generations of international students have come to the UK for their education, which means that British universities have decades of experience in working with international students. One in 12 of the world’s present leaders was educated in the UK.

Going to university in the UK is a great way to expand your knowledge, meet new people, experience a new culture, and enjoy new experiences, and the UK is one of the safest countries in the world.

However, we all know that young people will be tempted by their new-found freedom away from home and in a new culture. They may try alcohol or drugs or become involved in unsuitable relationships. They may not realise that their accommodation is in an unsafe area. They may simply get lost, be unaware of personal or road safety or get caught up in a situation they can’t handle. They may be more visible to criminals because they are outsiders and find themselves in situations they can't deal with.

That's why we have created a bespoke safety and well-being plan for international students attending the UK to study at one of our leading universities. Our personal safety plans consider every aspect of an overseas student’s lifestyle and environment, with the objective of keeping the student’s experience in the UK a safe and enjoyable one. We operate throughout the UK, delivering our services to all UK universities, colleges and schools.

Each university student is provided with a personal safety care plan specific to their needs, lifestyle and location:
